Hotel PCMC

Well we are settled into a room on the 4th floor here at Hotel PCMC. The RSV test came back negative so they are calling it a bad case of croupe. The IV Fluids and the drugs they are giving him have seem to steady his breathing and as along as he stays calm, he is doing pretty good. We will see how the night goes and then have a better idea of what the gameplan is going to be.

I brought the older kids (Ashlee, Preston and Brock) down from Wyoming this afternoon and Grandma and Grandpa Bringhurst came up from Delta to take them back down for the weekend. This weekend is the Snow Goose Festival in Delta, so the kids are excited. We are also grateful for Annie Beth who was able to meet Bryson in the ER here at Primary's as he came off the Helicopter. I need to find out if Life Flight has a frequent flyer program, with 4 trips under his belt, there should be some reward right?

I also want to thank Brynn Homer and Rebecca Patton, because when I got here there was already a 2 liter bottle of Diet Coke with Lime and a large bag of Peanut Butter M&M's waiting like manna from heaven. Thank you so much for your thoughtfulness. Also thanks for all of those who have called, e-mailed or otherwise thought of Bryson today.

We are hoping for a good night, but at least we are here with help and not at home wondering if we are waiting too long to get him some help.

Well, we hope that both Bryson and mom and dad get to have a good night's rest. We are excited to have the kids spend the weekend and we will have a good time watching the snow geese. Ashlee, Mindy and me are going to the quilt show, we will miss you Jenny. And Dad, Jeremy and the boys are going to an arrowhead demonstration along with the reptile/animal show, we will miss Eric and I am sure Preston will give you a complete report. We should have a pretty full weekend. We will see you Sunday.
love, mom b
