Update #3
Well the Surgeons are finished with the Fontan Repair and are starting to place the wiring for the future pacemaker. They are starting to warm him back up and will soon be ready to take him off the Heart/Lung Bypass Machine. Things have went well so far, we are anxious for him to come off the bypass machine smoothly. We should find that out in the next update. After surgery, he will goto the PICU. Before the close him up, they will do an echocardiogram to make sure the repair does not have any leakage or other problems. Thanks for checking in!

I hope that things go very smoothly as they take him off by-pass. It must seem like a very long day for you by now. I hope that tonight he can rest peacefully as he recovers, which means that you can get some shut-eye too.
